Brenda Annis Desormeaux

Brenda Annis (Larason) Desormeaux, 84, of Sacramento CA, and previously of Lombard IL, passed away on March 3^rd 2023 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Brenda was born on December 21, 1938, to Margaret Frances (West) Larason and William Monti Larason in Newark Ohio. After graduating from Newark High School in Newark Ohio in 1957. In August 1958, she married Maurice Franklin Desormeaux, going on to have 2 children, Desi Alan Desormeaux and Wendy Margaret Desormeaux. Maurice and Brenda divorced in 1979. She had a long career in sales, loved to dance, and make others laugh. She cared for Steven Gulzinski through his battle with cancer. Brenda was predeceased by her mother Margaret (2012) and father William (1980), her brother William Rodney Larason (2007). She is survived by her children Desi, and Wendy, 2 grandchildren Michelle and Jennifer, Her brother Thomas Lynn Larason and her sister Christie Lee Wood.

A Celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on June 23, 2023 at St Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church at 67 N. 5^th Street, Newark Ohio 43055.
