Michael H. Robbins

Michael Robbins was born on February 14, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio. He died on June 7, 2012. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and is survived by his wife of 33 years, Margo, sons Bradley and Zachary (Esther), and daughter Erica, and grandson Elijah. A prominent member of the medical community in Sacramento; he practiced neurosurgery for the past 25 years and was the chief of surgery at Mercy General Hospital. He was a passionate and avid golfer, whose love for time on the course was only surpassed by his love for his family. He will always be remembered for his sharp wit, great sense of humor, dedication to his patients, and devotion to his family. A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, June 14 from 1 - 4 PM at Valley Hi Country Club. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in his name.
