Ronald N. Filiault

on arrived on March 12, 1946 in New Bedford, Massachusetts and departed on January 17, 2025 in Sacramento, California. He is predeceased by parents Doris Lemay Filiault and Normand Filiault and by younger brother Paul.

Ron believed that what he loved defined who he was. He wanted to be remembered by that which he cherished including.

'Wife-for-life' Ruthi Melrose; his fluffs Sissy, Buttons, Beauxie, Inky, and Maggie; his sister Jeanne.

He particularly loved the adventure of driving cross country with Ruthi in 1975 and buying their first home where they later married; Octobers spent in Massachusetts; fried clams at any shack on the Cape; Yosemite and "their" meadow; time in the Delta on "Thumbs Up;" skydiving; walking down M Street at 5:00 a.m.; throwing pots in his ceramics studio; arranging flowers and growing gardenias; cribbage; oceans anywhere; Esalen and Green Gulch Farm; Monterey Dunes Colony; the years in the "moho" and Pismo Beach; Buddhas; and his dear friends.

There will be no services.
