Beloved husband of Hilary Bagley-Franzoia, loving father of Natalie and Mia and furbabies Gidget and Teddy. Beloved son of Denise Desmond Franzoia and the late Alfred C. Franzoia Sr. Cherished brother of Alfred Jr. (Sue), Tom, Michael (Anita), Linda Feil (the late Erick Feil), and Susie (Walter) Rozewski. Loving uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He enjoyed deep lifelong friendships with Rick Gormley, Tom Ceccarelli, Jim Bonilla, and many many more. Deep appreciation to hospice RN Royce Nolasco for his compassionate care and service. Yogi was a lifelong native of Sacramento and a proud Alumnus of Christian Brothers High School, class of 1974. He was a lifetime member of the Dante Club and Christian Brothers La Salle Club. He loved baseball, football, most sports, golf and golf course architecture, conservative politics, and movies. Aside from the birth of his daughters, the thrill of Yogi’s life was meeting and spending time with Sergio Garcia after he won the 2001 Microsoft golf course design contest.
Friends are welcome to attend a Mass and Celebration of his life on Wednesday, July 21, at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
