He will be missed by all those who loved and cherished him. The Funeral Service will be on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 10am at W.F. Gormley & Sons Chapel, 2015 Capitol Ave., Sac. Kelly will be laid to rest at the Masonic Lawn Cemetery following the Service
