Daniel E. McKinley 

December 23, 1946 - January 2, 2021 

Sacramento, California - Daniel was born in Sacramento, CA to Edward and Virginia McKinley. A loving husband, brother, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 51 years, Carol; sister, Colleen; children, Carrie (Chris), Ned, and Kevin (Jamie); 10 grandchildren, Eric, Emily, Matthew, Nicholas, Patrick, Michael, Jacob, Sean, Kaitlin and Conor.  He attended Immaculate Conception Elementary School, Christian Brothers High School ’65 (Bishop Armstrong) and Santa Clara University ’69. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for the State of California, including at the State Controller’s Office for more than 30 years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Daniel McKinley's memory to the Alumni/Class Scholarship Fund of Christian Brothers High School, Sacramento.
