Warrene Laurel Willard

WILLARD, Warrene 71, passed away on Sunday, August 7, in her hometown of Sacramento. Warrene was a forerunner to successful businesswomen in the 70s, where she managed and owned University Executive Center in the Campus Commons Area and the Forum Executive Center downtown. She also operated the 2110 K Building and was a real estate agent and broker. She was very active in a her children's activities and variety of community activities where she spent many years coaching Bobby Sox Softball teams, volunteering at Mercy Hospital, March of Dimes, Rotary Club, the Soroptomist's Old Schoolhouse project, and in many political campaigns, supporting her favorite candidates. In her later years, she lived in Hawaii and worked in property management in Oahu and Maui. She is survived by her four children, Lisa Willard Carriveau of Valencia, CA, Kari Willard of Florida, Suzanne Willard Lee of Sacramento, CA, and Patrick Willard of Sacramento, CA; six grandchildren, Melissa, Kristi, Mandy, Maxx, Eric and Brandon; and four great-grandchildren, Patrick, Cody, Kayla and Kristian. She was preceded in death by her father, Warren Weaver of Hawaii and her mother, Delores Moniz Weaver of Sacramento. Warrene was well loved by her family and friends and her positive attitude and huge smile will be greatly missed. Services will be held at St. Anthony Church in Sacramento on Friday, August 12 at 11:00am. Friends are welcome to attend a celebration of her life in the church hall immediately after the service.
