Stephen Casper Danel

DANEL, Steve In Carmichael, on August 4, 2011. Beloved husband of Wanda Danel. Preceded in death by his mother and father Pearl and Steven, sister Pearl, brother Ralph and sister-in-law Daisy. Survived by his 5 sons, Russell, Doug, Kevin, Bret and Greg; and 4 step-children Wayne, Rick, Sandy and Melissa and his sister-in-law, Joan Allen. He is also survived by his many wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the uncle of many loved nieces and nephews and his friend and mother of his boys, Betty Danel. He was a native of Sacramento for 85 years. He was a Proud World War II veteran in the 103rd Infantry and worked at the Office of State Printing for 35 years. Steve was much loved by his family and he will be forever missed. Friends are welcome at St. Joseph's Chapel at St. Mary's Cemetery on August 8 at 10am. Arrangements by W.F. Gormley and Sons.
