Rita Catherine Giuliani

Rita passed away peacefully on Nov. 30, 2011 at the age of 93. Rita led a full and happy life. She graduated with a Masters degreee from UC Berkeley in Social Work; putting her degreee to good use by joining the Red Cross in WWII to help our servicemen. For most of her adult life she lived in Belmont, CA, busy raising her four children with her husband, Ferd. Her passions in life included her church, teaching after school Religion lessons, she was a sports enthusuast and enjoyed walking the hills of Belmont. Rita is survived by her two sons, David & Steve and her two daughters, Patty and Mary and six grandchildren. We will all miss our mother dearly. A Mass of Christian burial will be held in Carmichael, CA., on Friday (12/2) at Oud Lady of the Assumption Parish, at 10:00am. She will rejoin her beloved Ferd, who preceded her in death, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, on Friday at 1:45pm. Arrangements, W.F. Gormley & Sons
