Michael J. Moore

A native of Sacramento, Michael was born June 24, 1958 and passed away at his home on June 4, 2013. He was the beloved son of Adele Moore, Dwight (Dinty) and Irma Moore, beloved brother of Peggy (Glenn) Willumson, Jeanne-Marie Moore, Kathi (Larry) Ridley, Dianna (Michael) Fife, Vivian (Dennis) Johnston, and Catherine (Ken) Nacey. He also is survived by eleven nieces and nephews, four great nieces and nephews, and his close friend John Soell. He was preceded in death by Adele Moore, Dinty Moore, Patrick Moore, Timothy Moore, Mark Stegner, and Stephen Moore. He worked for Moore Bros. Welding Supply for 15 years, and as proprietor of The Tallac Lounge for 11 years. He requested that donations be made to benefit the Dinty Moore Scholarship Fund c/o Christian Bros. High School, 4615 Martin Luther King Jr. Bl., Sac., CA 95820. Interment services will be private. He will be deeply missed.
