Julianne Phipps

Julianne was a native Sacramentan who left us too soon. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by those whose lives she touched. A service for our beloved Julianne was held on Friday, August 16, 2013, at 3:00pm, at Trinity Cathedral, 2620 Capitol Avenue, in Sacramento. May she rest in peace. "Julie ~ A daughter, sister, friend and lover, Unique and special like no other. Memories so beautiful and so real, These will help us mourn and heal.
