Robert "Bob" George Wallner

Born July 14, 1925 Bob was called home on Sep. 14, 2013 in Sacramento. He now rejoins his beloved wife, the late Pat Wallner as well as his parents the late Emmeron and Oca Wallner and siblings; the late Audria, Emmeron, Mary and Thomas all graduated from San Juan High School. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Molly Nichols, grandchildren; Drew, Travis, Ross and Kyle, his loving twin sister, Nancy Motmans as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. He served in the US Coastguard during WWII and retired from McClellan Air Force Base. He was an active member of the Tamarack Ski Club for 50 years and also enjoyed camping with his many friends. We are thankful to the staff at Nelus Care Home for their special care of our loved one! A graveside service with military honors was held on Friday Sept. 20, 2013 at 11:00am, at St. Mary's Cemetery, 6700 21st Ave, Sacramento. Remembrances may be made to St. Mel's School, Fair Oaks.
