Nadine Fowler

Nadine was called home peacefully in Elk Grove, CA on April 18, 2014. She was a native of Dallas, TX, born on July 3, 1935 to Neal and Annie Westbrook. She loved living in Richmond where she was a resident for many years. She is survived by her son, Roscoe D. McFadden, cousins; Myrna Williams of McKinney, TX and Kaye McCoy of Dallas,TX, as well as a host of other extended family members. She will also be dearly missed by her friend of over 50 years, Betty Travis of Elk Grove, CA. A natural performer, she loved playing the piano and singing favorite songs. Friends were welcomed to attend a cryptside service Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 11:00am, at Rollings Hills Memorial Park, 4100 Hilltop Dr., in Richmond, California.
