Debra Sue Snellings (Lemmlie), 60, passed away May 1, 2014 after a year-long illness. Born in Phoenix, AZ on Oct. 6, 1953, she grew up in Sacramento. Her parents James A. Lemmlie and Beverly Breckenridge Lemmlie preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband Bob Snellings of Rancho Murieta, son Robert James Snellings of Sacramento, and sister Laurie Lemmlie-Leung (Tony) of Hong Kong. Debe worked for the Department of Justice for the State of California as an analyst for 34 years. Since her retirement in 2010 Debe enjoyed traveling. She and her husband took trips to Hong Kong, Thailand, and Russia. She particularly enjoyed a cruise down the U.S. Eastern seaboard to see the fall colors. She also loved cooking in her new kitchen, gourd crafting, golfing, and spending time with friends. Debe spent her last days surrounded by family and close friends. She will be missed. At Debe's request there will be a Celebration of Life' at the Rancho Murieta Country Club on Monday, July 14, from 2 to 5. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of your choice.
