We are deeply saddened for the loss of our beloved Jim. He'd battled Appendicial Cancer since 2011. Loved by many, Jim was a retired telecommunications manager with AT&T for 35 years. He started his career in his home state of Minnesota and transferred through many locations until he ultimately settled/retired in Sacramento. With a strong passion for religion, music, travel and trains, Jim looked forward contributing and volunteering whenever possible. He was a long standing member in the American Guild of Organists (AGO). He substituted for services within cathedrals, churches and parishes for many varying faiths. He also volunteered as a Docent at Sacramento's Amtrak station. James is survived by his mother, Lorraine, sister, MarryAnn, brothers Thomas and Michael, numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and his partner, Paul. Services were held on Saturday, October 11th, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral (2620 Capitol Ave) at 7:00 pm. We thank you for taking the time to share his memory with us.
