Joella Jane Wallace Cassell

Joella Jane Wallace Cassell, 86 passed away on December 21, 2014 in Napa, California. She was born September 20, 1928 in Woodland, California to Richard Nathaniel "Nate" Wallace and Leona Mildred Riter. She was married to Henry E. Cassell on April 9th, 1950 in Sacramento, California. She lived in Woodland, Visalia, Reno, Sacramento, Concord, San Jose, back to Sacramento and moved to Napa in 2012. She worked as a beautician in Reno, Sacramento, Concord and San Jose. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, cooking and traveling. She enjoyed big family holiday meals. Joella is survived by her husband, Henry, her son Rusty, her daughter-in-law, Togin, all of Napa; her grandson, Jason of San Francisco. And the children of her father's second marrage, Dixie, Pril, Jack, Nathaniel, and Chris. She was pre-deceased by her parents, her brother, William Richard Wallace, her infant daughter, Terri Lee Cassell and her half-sister, Fern Wallace Opp. She will be greatly missed. Friends are welcome for a visitation on Monday, December 29, 2014 from noon to 4:00pm, at W. F. Gormley and Sons Funeral Chapel, and are invited for a Mass of Christian Burial for the repose of her soul, on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 10:00am at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 660 Florin Road, Sacramento, burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Sacramento, California.
