DOROTHY "DANETTE" (HARRISON) SAWYER Born: 07/22/1965 passed away on: 04/26/2015 Danette Sawyer passed away at a local Sacramento Ca. hospital on Sunday, April 26, 2015. Danette was born in Fresno, California and raised a majority of her life in Sacramento. There will be a memorial service for Danette, and friends are welcome on Wednesday, May 6th, 2015, at W.F. Gormley & Son's, located at 2015 Capitol Ave. in Sacramento, Ca. A celebration of her life to be later announced for June 2015. Rest in Peace beloved Mother, Sister, Daughter, Auntie, Wife, Cousin, and Friend, Danette. We all will miss and love you so much. Forever in our hearts, and memory. Danette was loved by so many, she is and will always be forever in our hearts. In her passing, she left behind two adult children who were both very special to her. Jonathon Wisniske of Sacramento, Ca. and Jessica Lopez - Bradney, of Hobbs, New Mexico. Danette's favorite band was Chicago, and her idol was Madonna. She wanted her mother in her life, though obstacles kept them apart, the love was still there. Danette was a free spirit. She loved to be with her many friends and family. Some say that she was hard to be angry with, that even when you were mad you still loved her. She was magnetizing. When she was young, her passion was centered around music and dancing. She won every dance contest she ever entered, and enjoyed her life as she chose. Danette struggled through a difficult childhood living with her parents, Maria Jessica Garza Lopez, of Sacramento, Ca. and Marion Earl Harrison Jr. of Carmel, Ca. who both survived her in life. She had many friends, they say once a woman, twice a child. However, it is said by most of her family that; Danette was never a child. She was the oldest of 4 children. Danette liked to travel, she lived all over the state and spent time in Kingman Arizona where she had her son Jon. She lived with her daughter for several years in San Diego California, where she enjoyed the ocean. She asked to be sprinkled into Niagara Falls her family is working to raise funds to get her final wish completed. She is survived by her son, Jonathon Wisniske, her daughter Jessica Lopez-Bradney, her husband Paul Sawyer, a step son and step daughter, Shane Sawyer, and Lacy Sawyer, her nephews, Jacob ( Harrison, Nicholas Harrison, and Allan Smuda, and her nieces, Heather Harrison and Ashley Heath. She had also her sister Wanda Harrison of Lodi, Ca. two brothers, Alan Harrison of Sacramento Ca., and Marion Earl Harrison III. "Jr." of Miami Fl. She had 3 grandsons, Trey, Christian, and Frankie, by her daughter, and a granddaughter who is her namesake Danette. She had a step son, Shane Sawyer of Sacramento, and a step daughter Lacy sawyer, Of Portland Oregon. She had another two grandchildren through Lacy, Gabriela, and Zemariya. Danette had many cousins and a large family whom she was close to, such as Danny Lopez of Sacramento,
