Koewler, Caraline Catherine Passed away surrounded by her family on July 21, 2015. From the moment she was born on December 3, 1985, she was a gift to her loving parents Catherine and Jerry Koewler. In 2004, Caraline graduated from Casa Robles High School, where she was a member of ROTC and the FFA. It was there that she met her dear friend and mentor Christine Hall. She later attended the community transition program at Laurel Ruff, and also participated in Special Olympics and therapeutic horseback riding. She is survived by her devoted brother Caleb and her sister and best friend Elizabeth, her grandmother Jane O'Dea Cook, adoring aunts Mary Anne Koewler, Jane Meuser (Tom), Susan Craig (James), Margaret Beauchamp (Brian), and uncles George Cook (Susan), John Cook (Cheri), Michael Cook (Melissa), Stephen Cook (Heather), Mark Cook, James Cook (Rene), and David Cook (Rachelle). She will be deeply missed by her 29 first cousins and 24 second cousins. Caraline was preceded in death by her grandparents William A. and Lucille Koewler and George Longshore Cook Sr., and by her beloved cousin Debbie Koewler. Caraline's family would like to thank her friends, neighbors, teachers, therapists, and aides, as well as the staff of Creative Living Options, In Alliance, TRS, Access Leisure, and Dr. Chipps and Dr. Bellinger for their unconditional love and support of Caraline. Her parents are especially grateful to her aunt and godmother Mary Anne, who attended to Caraline's health needs throughout her entire life.
