Victor Conrad Fechter

Victor passed away at home peacefully on January 13, 2016. Victor was a loving husband, father, grandfather (Papa), uncle, great uncle, brother-in-law, son-in-law and friend. Graduated college with an English degree and served in the Military including a gallant tour in Vietnam. Victor was a Custodial Supervisor for the Elk Grove School District, Director of Maintenance of Operations for the Woodland School District, and a Project Manager for Broward Construction Company in Woodland.

Victor is survived by his loving wife, two daughters, son-in-law and granddaughter.

Victor enjoyed family, cooking, reading, riding his Harley and daily trips to Peets Coffee.

Victor was passionate about FOOTBALL and especially loyal to the Vikings and the Gophers.

Victor touched so many lives, he will be remembered fondly and lovingly by all his family and friends.

The family of Victor would like to extend their deepest Thanks to Dr. Michael Carroll and the BMT team for their compassion, care and kindness. The family would also like to Thank all of those who kept Victor in their continuous thoughts and prayers throughout his illness.

Celebration of life to be held at: The Falls Event Center, 8280 Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove, Ca. 95758 (South Building) – 8290, from 1:00 – 5:00 pm on Sunday, January 31.
