Sister Jean Frye, devoted member of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary for 57 years, died March 24, 2016 in Naperville, IL. Sr. Jean lives on in the hearts of her family, co-workers, and former students of Loretto High School in Sacramento, CA. She will be remembered by all for her compassionate heart, faithfulness, and willingness to share her gifts and talents in the spirit of Mary Ward, foundress of the IBVM community. A Memoria Service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, April 16th at St. Ignatius Church at 3235 Arden Way, Sacramento, CA. Sr. Jean requested that memorials be sent to the IBVM Office of Development at Loretto Convent, Box 508, Wheaton, IL, 60187.
