Anne (Prdavica) Cippa, on May 4, 2016, in Sacramento, California, entered into eternal rest at the age of 99. Anne is predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas J. Cippa, father Elijah Prdavica, mother Jovana Prdavica, sisters Mary Smilanick, Milena Budie, Dollie Prdavica (infant sister), and brother Roy Prdavica. Most loving and adored mother to James T. Cippa, Carol A. Perrin (Bryan), and Robert R. Cippa. Devoted grandmother to Matthew Perrin (Melinda), Jared Perrin (Nicole), James Cippa Jr., KellyAnne Cippa, and Michael Cippa. Loving Pram Baba to Natalie and Braeden Perrin and Malachai Cippa. Devoted aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. Kuma to Diana Core.
Born in Amador City, California, on August 12, 1916, Anne was raised in a large family home on "God's Hill." After moving to Sacramento, Anne began her career as an Administrative Secretary, culminating after a meritourious twenty-five years with the California State Legislature. Anne was actively involved with the Special Olympics and local programs for the developmentally challenged. She selflessly gave of her time and talents to provide her son, Bobby, along with his peers, every opportunity to thrive in the community. Anne was recognized for her many years of volunteerism by the County of Sacramento's Volunteer of the Year Award. Anne was a devoted member of the Serbian Orthodox Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Along with her sisters, Mary and Milena, they were affectionately known as the "Golden Girls." They tirelessly gave of their generosity and time to the many church activities, including holiday craft and bake sales. Anne was a lifelong member of the Ljubica Club where she was blessed with many friendships. Anne was a special friend to many and cherished those friendships. Along with hosting many family holiday dinners, Anne's most memorable occasions were spent with her adoring family, which included vacations in her much beloved Lake Tahoe.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 10 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at W.F Gormley and Sons Mortuary, 2015 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 11 at 10:00 am at Gormley's Mortuary. Graveside services immediately following at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 2615 21st Street, Sacramento. Reception to follow.
