Unexpectedly passed away at home. Carla was predeceased by her parents Lucie and Amedeo Ciarniello. Carla is survived by Andrea and Bruce Markley, John Markley and family. Born and raised in Sacramento, CA. She graduated from Humboldt State and retired from the State of California in 2012. Carla had an eclectic purple personality from collecting Betty Boop, Panda’s, Bunnies to exotic fabric. Carla enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Carla was very creative and enjoyed may different fiber arts. Carla liked to travel with friends to the coast and Lake Tahoe. Carla will be missed by family and friends.Services will be private.
