Mark Taylor Henderson

Mark Taylor Henderson died suddenly from a heart attack at his home in Sacramento on July 7, 2016.  He is survived by his children, Taylor Rebecca and  Adam Robert Henderson, his former wife, Amy Neal Henderson, all of Sacramento; his brother, Michael Scott Henderson; sister-in-law, Stephanie Henderson; nieces, Laurel Henderson and Chandler Westphal, all of Murphys, his step-mother, Francesca Park Henderson of Salinas; and numerous cousins, all of California. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Robert Henderson, Jr. and Linda Martin Henderson; his paternal grandparents, Charles and Laura Henderson; and maternal grandparents, Harry and Kathleen Martin; all of Salinas. Mark was born in Salinas, CA on October 18, 1971.  He graduated from Salinas High School in 1989 and then graduated from Sacramento State in 1999.  After graduation Mark settled and worked in the Sacramento region as a successful sales representative for several large companies.  He went on to have two beautiful children whom he adored and cherished. Mark made many friends and was widely known for his unique wit and wry sense of humor; the loss of Mark is immense. Celebrations of life will be held in both Sacramento and Salinas.   Sacramento services will be on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the W.F. Gormley & Sons Funeral Chapel, 2015 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento, CA.  Salinas services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Struve & LaPorte Funeral Chapel, 41 W. San Luis Street, Salinas, CA.
