Robert John Bergmann

It is with sadness and love that we let friends and family know of the passing of our beloved Robert John Bergmann. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Cathy Arbea Bergmann, daughter Nancy Kelly, son in law Neil Kelly, grandchildren Cassidy, Connor and Maura, and sister Dorothy Schiavo. “Bob” was born September 28, 1922 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved to Sacramento, California after World War II where he worked and raised his family. He worked as a sales rep. and prided himself in his Catholic faith. Bob was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus, council 953 where he earned his 4th degree. He will be missed. The burial mass will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016, 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Church, 1040 39th St., Sacramento. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sacred Heart School or a charity of your choice in his name.
