Henry E. Cassell

Henry E. Cassell, 86, passed away April 9, 2017 in Napa, California.  He was born in Sacramento, California to Cleo Elton Cassell and Alice Esther Twohig.  Henry married Joella Jane Wallace on April 9, 1950 in Sacramento. Henry grew up in the Sacramento and Alturas.  He started his career with Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a clerk in Sacramento before his marriage.  He also worked for the company in Emeryville and San Jose where he retired as an Administrative Supervisor. He enjoyed traveling, gardening and the River Cats baseball team in Sacramento. Henry is survived by his son, Rusty, daughter-in-law-, Togin, both in Napa; his grandson, Jason (Blue) of San Francisco; his sisters, Dorothy Cassell Chapman and Joyce Cassell Rice, both from Salt Lake City area in Utah along with many nieces and nephews.  He was pre-deceased by his wife, Joella in 2014; an infant daughter, Terri Lee Cassell and his parents and a brother, Elton Cassell.  Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 1:00pm, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Sacramento California.
