Greta Lou August
A native of Sacramento, California, Greta Lou August passed peacefully on January 9, 2018. She is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Cynthia & Charlie Barr, Debbie Williamson, Lou Ann & Roger Ghilain, grandchildren Tracie & Eric Guillen, Trische & Geoff Olander, Mac, Zakary & Colleen Williamson, Todd Barr, Natalie & Courtney Ghilain. She was further blessed with 4 great grandchildren, Austin, Tyler, and Brandon Guillen and Gabriella Olander, many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Amador August. She had been a member of the St. Elizabeth's Social Club and Cabrillo Club #5. She was happiest when surrounded by her loving and supportive family.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 1817 12th Street, Sacramento, CA on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 11:00 AM. A reception will immediately follow.
Remembrances can be made to St. Elizabeth Church, Wellspring Women's Center, American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
