Beverly Gail Tarango died peacefully at home in Sacramento, CA on December 23, 2017. Beverly was born on January 28, 1954 to Jay and Allene Tarango and grew up in the Land Park area of Sacramento. Beverly was fun to be around as her sense of humor was contagious. She spent much of her time with friends that she went to school with at Crocker Riverside, Cal Middle School and McClatchy High School, class of '72. Bev loved to drive on the river roads as well as cruise around Sacramento and for some time, it wasn't uncommon to see Bev in her cab offering rides and having fun listening to old school music all the while. She worked for many years for Sam's Hofbrau and Joe Marty's El Chico. She is survived by her son Stewart Tarango, sisters Sandy and Cindy, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Condolences or donations may be sent to your favorite charity or some form of drug/alcohol recover center.
